About Jessica A. Elliott
Dedicated to Serving Families with Compassion and Experience
Jessica A. Elliott came to the practice of elder law after years of experience in both civil and criminal law. Her passion for helping families and individuals with special needs is deeply rooted in her own family’s tradition of service in health care and education. Inspired by her grandmothers and great-grandmother, Jessica brings a personal understanding of the challenges and joys of caring for loved ones.
She approaches every legal matter with the goal of helping clients achieve their life objectives while preserving meaningful relationships. For Jessica, the greatest professional satisfaction is empowering individuals and families to plan for the future with confidence and peace of mind.
Community Involvement & Leadership
Jessica is committed to education and advocacy in the elder law field. She has presented to community organizations including:

Beyond her legal work, Jessica is an active volunteer. She has tutored youth in after-school programs and continues to contribute her time at Fairchild Tropical Gardens.
Life Beyond the Office
Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys reading, history, and movies. Living in South Florida, she embraces all that the region offers—especially time at the beach.
