About Jessica A. Elliott

Jessica A. Elliott is an elder law attorney in Miami dedicated to helping families, seniors, and individuals with special needs. With a background in both civil and criminal law, Jessica brings a unique perspective to her practice, combining legal expertise with compassion and care.

Her inspiration comes from her grandmothers and great-grandmother, who shaped her deep respect for aging with dignity. Jessica co-founded the South Dade Aging Coalition and regularly speaks at community events on elder law, planning, and elder abuse prevention.
