Jessica   A. Elliott Esq. came to the practice of elder law after practicing in both the civil and criminal arenas. She is passionate about helping families and individuals with special needs because she comes from a family that has always worked to improve the lives of others through health care and education. The many inspirational seniors who have impacted her life are her grandmothers and great-grandmother who Jessica was blessed to have in her life for many years. Jessica approaches legal problems with the objective of providing individuals and families with the opportunity to realize their life goals and share meaningful relationships with their loved ones. This is the greatest satisfaction to her.

Jessica has given presentations to various groups including the South Florida Guardianship Association on the issue of elder abuse and the Pinecrest Senior Center on “Living for Today while Planning for Tomorrow”. She is also a co-founder of the South Dade Aging Coalition, a group of professionals from a cross section of industries, including finance and health care, who serve the elderly population in Miami-Dade County.

Jessica enjoys reading, history and movies and the unique opportunities that living in South Florida offers, especially the beach. Jessica loves to travel but considers Miami home. One of her goals is to travel to all fifty states and she is almost halfway there. She is also a trivia buff and hopes you will see her on Jeopardy! someday. She has spent time tutoring youth in an after-school program and continues to volunteer at Fairchild Tropical Gardens.
